Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward your total. Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit. No-Shows: No-shows may lose their deposit and may be required to pay in advance for future bookings. Vehicle Condition: Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, trash, or other heavy conditions may require an additional fee. We will notify you before adding charges when possible. Access: Please ensure the vehicle is accessible and the service area is safe and suitable for detailing. Weather: Outdoor services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions. Payment: Remaining balances are due immediately after service. Personal Items: Please remove valuables and personal belongings before your appointment.
